REFUND/ RETURNS POLICY

Please examine once you have received your item.

Any requests for refunds/ returns should be made no later than:

10 days for ALL items (except clocks)

21 days for Clocks

After date of purchase(proof of postage will be retained)

You will be responsible for the Postage cost of returning an item. This will be refunded once item proved to be faulty.

 No refunds given for cancelled personalized orders which have been printed.
